You get stealth XP bonus if you're successful.

Is anyone else disappointed that they didn't change the EXP system? Doing non-lethal takedowns still gives more EXP than taking guards down any other way. Personally I think that it should not give any EXP bonuses for taking down individual guards. Maybe one for clearing a room or level and another for not taking down any guards at all, both giving the same amount of EXP so that one playstyle isn't encouraged over another. In a few of the trailers they seemed to flaunt the fact that you can choose what playstyle you want to go with but since you get lower EXP bonuses for using lethal methods, it feels a bit discouraged.
